In Linehan's last season in Detroit the Lions offense ranked 6th in the NFL and that was with Durham as the #2 and not Tate. Since Lame-bardi the Lions have ranked 19th last season and now are 30th.
ReplyDeleteI seriously think there is a disconnect between Matthew and Joe. I remember watching the Denver game and they showed Staff walking to the bench after a 3 in out, sitting down and had a pissed off look on his face staring straight ahead. Joe comes over and sits down next to Matthew says something. Stafford never looked his way, did not say anything back just kept staring straight ahead. Really just ignoring Lombardi. I think there is something up.

I swear, if this offense gets any more conservative, it would just shut down entirely. Now we are facing another very strong defense and instead of going after them and challenging them, our offense will try to just take what the D gives them and we will look like shit.
